Scope

These terms cover use of the utsltech.com website only. Any paid engagement with UTSL — a Health Check, upgrade, Care Plan, white-label block, Headless UX Kit, or DPDP compliance package — is governed by its own signed proposal or statement of work, not by this page.

Pricing terms

Prices shown on this site are list prices. Projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% at go-live; monthly plans are billed in advance on the 1st. UTSL does not discount below list price; where budget is a constraint, scope is adjusted instead.
