What this policy covers

This policy covers utsltech.com only — UTSL's marketing website. It does not cover the Moodle sites we work on for clients, where UTSL acts as a service provider under the terms of the relevant client agreement, not as the controller of learner data.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, organisation, the service you're asking about, your Moodle version (if given) and your message. We do not use cookies for tracking, and this site does not currently run any analytics.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed work. We do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not use your message for anything other than answering it.

Who sees it

Enquiries go to UTSL's own inbox (hello@utsltech.com). Depending on how the contact form is wired up at any given time, a message may pass through an email provider or an automation tool (such as n8n) we operate, purely to deliver it to that inbox.

Where it's hosted

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log standard web request metadata (such as IP address and request time) as part of running the hosting platform; UTSL does not access this beyond ordinary operational troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete a message at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@utsltech.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
